- Install drain plugs in engine block (inboard & i.o.)
- Check blower operation
- Check bilge pump operation
- Check Livewell pump operation
- Start/run engine
- Check the water pump output
- Check instruments for operation
- Check shift operation
- Check the volt meter for charging
- Check bow light
- Check stern light
- Check steering operation
- Check for abnormal noises/operation
All customers are advised to install a boat drain plug as well as check the engine compartment for water and fuel leaks from the boat or engine when the boat is launched.
The customer is responsible for monitoring weather conditions and protecting engines and water systems from freeze damage that may occur after they have been de-winterized.
